Kelly began her Event Management career in 2003, working for a large technology company, organizing trade shows and training sessions. With a personal passion for fine food driving her, she moved in to the hospitality industry managing renowned gastro pubs in the heart of Melbourne city.

In 2011, motivated to further her career, Kelly saw an opportunity to broaden her career internationally and joined the Dish team. Beginning as an Event Coordinator, Kelly’s attention to detail and dedication to continued improvements for Dish made her the perfect choice for Operations Manager as the company quickly expanded.

As Operations Manager, Kelly works hard to ensure each and every Dish event is delivered seamlessly to the highest possible standards.
