Born in Melbourne, Australia, Henry has worked in the hospitality industry from a young age. Henry has excelled with over 15 years of award winning hospitality experience. His personable nature, attention to detail, and excellent taste in all things culinary have earned Henry coveted managerial roles on numerous continents. In 2005 Dubai caught Henry’s attention with its fast growing food scene, and he launched his Middle Eastern career. Henry joined the pre-opening Intercontinental team to develop food & beverage concepts for their outlets. It was during this time that he noticed a niche in Dubai’s market for high end, boutique catering, and soon after Dish Catering was born.
