Born in England and raised in Chile, Dan has a world of experience under his belt. After achieving his qualifications in Advertising and Marketing, his career has moved from country to country and from strength to strength.
Dan launched his hospitality career in Australia where he worked as part of the front-of-house team at Café Era, he then stepped into an Assistant Manager role at the award winning French Bistro Brula in Central London. In 2009 Dan moved to Dubai bringing with him a wealth of food & beverage knowledge and international experience.
In 2010 he joined the Dish team as Event Manager, but with strong leadership skills and hospitality knowledge, his role quickly expanded with the growth of the company. Dan heads up the operation of Dish as General Manager and loves being challenged on big scale events and working with an ever expanding, youthful team.
