I don’t think there was a single guest that didn’t comment on the food and/or ask us who the caterers were. Paul, right from my first email to enquire about the possibility of Dish catering for us for this event, through to our interaction with yourself, to the delivery people who came and unpacked all the materials for Friday night, and then of course to your outstanding staff and food. Paul, they were outstanding. Honestly, as I said, there isn’t a thing we could say to fault your company’s service or food.
